Terri Bennink is a licensed psychologist and organizational development consultant who has combined her expertise in both child and family clinical practice and in developing stronger organizations to specialize in assisting and advising family businesses, She has provided training and developmental services to large and small companies in both the private and public sectors across the United States and Canada. Her areas of specialization include: collaborative decision making, leadership development, strategic planning, executive coaching, executive and next generation assessment and development, and team building and group level interventions. Her seminars and onsite work with clients create practical and realistic solutions.

     In addition to her consulting practice, Terri is the second generation family business owner of the Columbia Leadership Institute; a program that has provided development to thousands of leaders in organizations for over 30 years. She has been an adjunct faculty member at George Fox University and has over 20 years experience in organizational development and clinical practice. Her past work has also included founding and running a nonprofit, ParentCare, Inc. for six years.

Terri is married and has two sons. She enjoys skiing, traveling, camping, cooking, and antiquing.
